We are excited to announce that the Once Upon A Time Center is now open for parties and events!
With safety in mind, we will monitor and implement the local, state, and federal recommendations as they’re announced and make changes as necessary. Should the need arise to adjust these procedures, we will keep you updated on new practices before the day of your party.
We take pride in our facility and how it operates and would like to highlight the policies we have in place at the Once Upon A Time center to help our families stay healthy and safe.

Screening: Upon entering the building, all persons will be screened for temperature using a touchless thermometer and asked to use hand sanitizer. Guests will be asked if they (or anyone in their family) have experienced any covid-related symptoms in the last 24 hours. Anyone with a temp over 99.5 degrees or displaying symptoms will not be allowed to remain in the building. Per the CDC these symptoms include: Fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, or diarrhea. If your child displays any of these symptoms while in the studio, we will kindly ask you to leave.
If you or your guests have experienced any of these symptoms, in the last 24 hours, please stay home.
Should you need to cancel your reservation for a covid-related illness or quarantine, you may reschedule your party for any available timeslot. Should you choose not to reschedule, the $50 deposit will not be refunded.
Masks: For the safety of all staff and guests, everyone over the age of 2, entering the building is required to wear a mask at all times unless eating or drinking. During times of eating/drinking, guests will maintain social distance to the best of their ability. In addition, all staff and characters will wear masks during the party or event.
Sanitization & Cleanliness
CDC approved sanitizer will be available throughout the facility.
High-contact surfaces will be cleaned on a regular basis.
Routine Deep Cleaning of the entire facility (including play equipment and small items) will be conducted between each party and/or event, and on a regular basis during after-hours.
The Play Palace has been modified to better adhere to covid-19 restrictions. Balls and foam blocks have been removed, as well as all small and soft play items.
Some parties may have modified elements. Princess parties, disco diva parties, and super hero parties will not longer have dress up items available. Guests are encouraged to wear their own items to the party if they desire.
The well-being of our families is a top priority! Please know that we are here to address any concerns or issues.
